Identifying My Unmet Needs & Undefined Values
Money, Needs & Values
To help us think about why we need and want money and then how to get our money to work better for us, it helps us to consider our needs and values.
We’ve already started to explore what makes money important to us through the exercise in module 5 ‘How to create Healthy Money Habits‘. This is where you ask yourself what is important about money or why you need money and then keep interrogating your answers by asking “What’s so important about that?” until you get deeper and deeper to the core of your why and what is of value to you.
We’ve got a few more questions to help you consider whether you have unmet needs and undefined or unexpressed values.
